Your first visit includes a comprehensive assessment of your oral health and CBCT diagnostics to detect any hidden inflammation or underlying issues. At this stage, we determine whether treatment can proceed immediately or if preliminary procedures — such as orthodontic correction or cavity treatment — are needed to create a strong and healthy foundation for your smile reconstruction.

During the same visit, we perform digital documentation, intraoral scanning, and ModJaw axiography. We then create a digital smile design, which is sent to our prosthetic laboratory. The patient receives a visual preview of the planned smile, and once it is approved, the design is 3D printed, allowing for a physical try-in before treatment begins.

Once the smile design is approved, we proceed with minimally invasive tooth preparation under a microscope. At the end of this visit, the patient receives temporary veneers or crowns that replicate the approved shape and aesthetics of the final smile. This stage allows time to adapt to the new look and feel before the definitive reconstruction.

After 1–2 weeks, the final ceramic restorations are ready to be permanently placed. A final bite and jaw function check ensures complete comfort and harmony. We also take a scan to create a custom protective night guard, helping to preserve and protect your new smile.
