Dr Marta Lassmann, DDS
Dentist, Co-founder of One&Only Clinic, and Head of the Medical Team. She has many years of experience in managing dental practices and leading multidisciplinary teams. A graduate of the Medical University of Gdańsk, Dr. Lassmann is a certified Invisalign Go provider and a Digital Smile Design Member. She regularly participates in renowned courses and training programs both in Poland and abroad. Her daily practice focuses on orthodontic treatment and aesthetic dental restorations. She approaches each patient individually, viewing dental issues in a holistic way to identify their root causes. Dr. Lassmann is an advocate of modern treatment methods and the use of advanced digital technologies in dentistry.
Dr Łukasz Lassmann, DDS, PhD
Dentist, Co-founder of One&Only Clinic, specializing in comprehensive bite and smile reconstruction, as well as in the treatment of temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders and orofacial pain. Dr. Lassmann earned his PhD with a dissertation focused on the anatomical relationships between occlusion and the temporomandibular joint. He is a graduate of several prestigious educational institutions, including the Kois Center (Seattle), University of North Carolina (Chapel Hill), UCLA, and the Mediterranean Prosthodontic Institute. A member of the American Academy of Orofacial Pain, where he holds the title of Master of Orofacial Pain, Dr. Lassmann is also the founder of Lassmann Education — an advanced training program for dental professionals. As a lecturer of international acclaim, he has conducted courses and lectures across Europe, Asia, South America, and Australia. He is the author of numerous scientific publications and the co-author of the upcoming book “Full Mouth Reconstruction”, set for global release later this year.
Dr Monika Teślak-Piesyk, DDS
Specialist in prosthodontics with many years of clinical experience, Co-founder of One&Only Clinic. Her daily practice focuses primarily on implant prosthetics and comprehensive smile reconstructions, including advanced all-on-x restorations. With passion and precision, she helps patients regain comfort and confidence — even in the most demanding cases. She combines high-level expertise with an empathetic, individualized approach to each patient. Dr. Teślak-Piesyk is also a lecturer at the Medical University of Gdańsk, where she shares her knowledge and experience with the next generation of dental professionals.
